Order Processing and Dispatch
Orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse from Monday through Friday. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes tracking information. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam or junk mail folder.
Order Processing Time
Order processing time is 1 to 3 business days, from Monday through Friday.
For orders placed and paid before 18:00 on a business day, processing time begins on the same day.
For orders placed after 18:00, processing time begins on the next business day.
If an order is placed on a weekend or public holiday, processing time will begin on the next business day.
Shipping Time
After dispatch, the estimated delivery time is 5 to 12 days.
Shipping Area
Currently, we only ship within France.
Shipping Fees
For orders with a total amount below 79 euros, a shipping fee of 7.99 euros will apply.
For orders totaling 79 euros or more, free shipping is provided.
Order Tracking
You may visit the Order Tracking page on our website and enter your order details to check the status of your shipment.
Changing Shipping Address
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us by email within 24 hours of placing your order.
After this time period, the order may already be in processing or shipping, and we cannot guarantee that the address can be modified.
